This covers getting into MediStack, resetting a forgotten password, and adding or managing team members.
Logging in for the first time
Use the login link and credentials provided during onboarding. You will be prompted to set your own password on first sign-in.
Resetting your password
On the login screen, choose Forgot password.
Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to you.
Adding and managing users
Team members are added with a role that controls what they can see and do, including GP email access where relevant. If you need a user added, changed or removed, contact [email protected] with the person's name, email and the access required.
