What to set up first
Log in and set your password (see Logging in, resetting your password and managing users).
Add your team members and set their access.
Configure your consultation types and booking/onboarding pathway.
Confirm your products and formulary are loaded.
Check payments are connected.
Where to get help
Use the in-app messenger to reach the MediStack team, or email [email protected]. Include your clinic name and, for patient-specific issues, the patient name and the date/time involved.
