Patients pay for consultations and orders through MediStack's connected payment provider.


How payments work

The patient pays at the relevant step (for example, at booking or when ordering). Once paid, the consult or order can proceed.


A payment failed or the pay button isn't working

  1. Ask the patient to retry, checking their card details and that the card supports the payment.

  2. If it keeps failing, note the patient name and what they were doing and contact [email protected].
