Fixes for the most common prescription problems.
A prescription isn't processing
Check the prescription has all required fields and the patient is eligible and paid. If it still won't progress, contact support with the patient name and prescription details.
A patient can't download their prescription (Rx)
Confirm the prescription has been approved and issued. Ask the patient to retry from their portal; if it still fails, contact support.
An FP10 won't scan
If the barcode won't scan, check print quality and that the full FP10 is visible. Where scanning isn't possible, ask support whether the prescription can be processed manually.
