This covers getting products into MediStack and keeping them up to date, including items that aren't yet on your formulary.


How do I add a new product?

Send MediStack support the product name and RRP (and strength/pack size where relevant) for each product you'd like added, and we'll add them. If a product already exists under a slightly different name, let us know and we'll confirm rather than create a duplicate.


A product isn't on the formulary — how do I add it?

This is the same process: send us the product details and we'll add it to your formulary so it can be prescribed and dispensed.


Editing a product's strength, description, name or price

Send the product and the change required (new strength, description, name or price) and we'll update it.


Supplier "new product launch" emails

If a supplier (for example Curaleaf, Huala or Hilltop Leaf) announces a new product, forward the details to support and we'll add the items to your catalogue.
